You can delete your MullyBall account and associated data at any time.
In-App Deletion
The easiest way to delete your account is through the MullyBall app:
- Open MullyBall and go to the Home screen
- Tap your profile/account icon
- Select "Account" or "Settings"
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Follow the prompts and type "delete my account" to confirm
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email. Send a message to ecker786@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my MullyBall account" and include the email or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove your profile, trip memberships, messages, and other data associated with your account. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
